Bridge the Gap Between ML Experimentation and Production

Most machine learning projects never make it past the prototype stage. The gap between a working Jupyter notebook and a reliable production system is where organizations struggle the most. Data drift goes undetected, model performance degrades silently, and retraining remains a manual and error-prone process. DRC Infotech brings battle-tested MLOps practices to your organization. We design and implement end-to-end ML infrastructure that automates the entire lifecycle from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring, so your data science team can focus on building better models instead of fighting infrastructure.

  • Automated ML pipelines with version-controlled data, code, and models
  • Real-time model monitoring with drift detection and alerting
  • CI/CD workflows purpose-built for machine learning artifacts
  • Feature stores for consistent feature engineering across teams
  • Automated retraining triggered by performance degradation or data changes

Our MLOps Consulting Capabilities

ML Pipeline Orchestration

We design and build automated pipelines that handle data ingestion, preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation as reproducible, version-controlled workflows that run reliably every time.

Model Monitoring and Observability

Implement comprehensive monitoring that tracks model accuracy, latency, data drift, and feature distributions in real time, with automated alerts that notify your team before performance degradation impacts business outcomes.

CI/CD for Machine Learning

Establish continuous integration and deployment workflows tailored for ML that automatically validate data quality, run model tests, compare performance against baselines, and promote models through staging to production.

Model Versioning and Registry

Set up model registries that track every version of every model along with its training data, hyperparameters, metrics, and lineage, enabling instant rollbacks and full reproducibility of any past prediction.

Automated Retraining

Configure intelligent retraining triggers based on model performance metrics, data drift detection, or scheduled intervals, ensuring your models stay accurate as the underlying data distribution evolves over time.

Feature Store Implementation

Build centralized feature stores that enable your data science team to discover, share, and reuse engineered features across projects, eliminating redundant computation and ensuring training-serving consistency.

Our MLOps Consulting Methodology

01

MLOps Maturity Assessment

We evaluate your current ML workflows, infrastructure, team capabilities, and pain points to establish a baseline maturity level and identify the highest-impact areas for improvement.

02

Architecture Blueprint

Our engineers design a target-state MLOps architecture tailored to your cloud environment, team size, and model complexity, with a phased roadmap for incremental adoption.

03

Pipeline Development

We build automated ML pipelines for your priority use cases, implementing data validation, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation as code that runs reproducibly in your environment.

04

Monitoring and Governance

We deploy model monitoring dashboards, configure drift detection alerts, implement model governance policies, and set up experiment tracking to give your team full visibility into ML operations.

05

CI/CD Integration

We integrate ML-specific testing, validation, and deployment stages into your existing CI/CD platform, enabling your team to ship model updates with the same rigor as application code.

06

Team Enablement

We conduct hands-on training workshops, create runbooks, and provide documentation so your data science and engineering teams can independently operate and extend the MLOps infrastructure.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between MLOps and traditional DevOps?
While both share principles of automation and continuous delivery, MLOps addresses challenges unique to machine learning. These include data versioning, experiment tracking, model validation against performance baselines, monitoring for data and concept drift, and managing the dependency between code, data, and model artifacts. Traditional DevOps pipelines are not equipped to handle these ML-specific concerns.
We only have a few models in production. Is MLOps worth the investment?
Absolutely. Even with a small number of models, MLOps practices prevent silent model degradation, reduce the time spent on manual retraining, and establish a scalable foundation for future ML initiatives. Organizations that invest in MLOps early avoid accumulating technical debt that becomes exponentially harder to address as the number of production models grows.
Do you work with our existing cloud infrastructure or recommend new platforms?
We work within your existing cloud environment and toolchain wherever possible. Our approach is to assess what you already have, identify gaps, and recommend targeted additions rather than wholesale replacement. We have deep experience with AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, and GCP Vertex AI, as well as open-source alternatives for teams that prefer vendor-neutral solutions.
How long does a typical MLOps consulting engagement last?
An initial MLOps maturity assessment and roadmap takes two to three weeks. Implementing core pipeline infrastructure for the first use case typically takes six to ten weeks. A comprehensive MLOps platform build-out with monitoring, CI/CD, and feature store capabilities usually spans three to five months depending on the number of models and integration complexity.
Will our data science team need to change how they work?
We design MLOps workflows that integrate naturally into your data scientists’ existing habits. They can continue using their preferred notebooks and frameworks while the pipeline infrastructure handles versioning, testing, deployment, and monitoring in the background. The goal is to remove friction and manual toil, not add new burdens to your team’s workflow.
