Social media that starts conversations, not impressions

Strategy, content, publishing and community management across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. With an in-house video team producing the content and a CRM catching the conversations, we can show you which post actually produced an enquiry — the thing almost no agency can.

The real problem

Most company pages die of content starvation

Social programmes rarely fail because the strategy deck was wrong. They fail because three months in, nobody has anything to post. The calendar was built on the assumption that someone would find time to make content, and that someone had a day job. What follows is a slow drift into reposting company news, then silence.

Two things fix that permanently: a team that actually produces the content rather than requesting it from you, and a way of proving the channel produces enquiries so the budget survives the next review.

  • Content produced in batches by our video and creative team
  • Written for your buyer, not for the algorithm's vanity metrics
  • Comments and DMs answered, not left to rot
  • Enquiries routed into the CRM and attributed to the post
  • One platform won properly before a second is added

What's included

Everything an always-on channel needs

Organic social, community and content. Paid campaigns live under performance marketing, run by the same team.

Social strategy & channel mix

Which platforms deserve your effort, what you'll be known for on each, and the themes worth owning. Built from an audit, not a template.

LinkedIn for B2B

Company page plus the personal profiles that actually carry reach in B2B. Thought leadership, hiring and product posts written for decision makers.

Instagram & Facebook

Reels, stories and feed content for brand, culture and recruitment — with the local presence and review signals that matter for discovery.

YouTube & short-form

Shorts for reach and longer explainers for depth — the platform where technical buyers go to understand before they enquire.

Content calendar & publishing

A planned, approved calendar with scheduling and publishing handled. You review; you don't chase.

Community management

Comments and DMs answered in your voice, within hours not weeks — and genuine enquiries pushed into the CRM so sales sees them.

Founder & employee advocacy

People out-reach logos on every platform. We ghostwrite for founders and give your team a simple, repeatable way to post.

Listening & reporting

Brand and competitor monitoring, plus reporting that ties posts to profile visits, conversations started and enquiries attributed.

Diagnostics

Six reasons company pages go quiet

We see the same pattern in nearly every audit. None of these are strategy failures — they're operational ones, which is why a new content plan on its own rarely fixes them.

If three or more look familiar, the free audit will tell you which to fix first and whether the channel is worth the investment at all.

No content supply
The calendar depends on whoever has time that week
Posting company news
Announcements nobody outside the building cares about
All logo, no faces
People follow people; company pages alone rarely travel
Comments left unanswered
The cheapest reach available, routinely ignored
No link to pipeline
Nothing to defend the budget with when it's questioned
Spread across five platforms
Weak everywhere instead of strong somewhere
Why DRC Digital

Social that can finally prove its worth

Content supply is solved

Our video team batches short-form content alongside the social calendar, so the channel never depends on someone in your business finding a spare afternoon.

Conversations land in a CRM

DMs, comments and chat route into a CRM we built ourselves, so a social enquiry becomes a tracked lead instead of a notification someone missed.

People, not just the logo

We ghostwrite for founders and equip your team to post, because personal profiles carry reach a company page structurally can't.

Organic and paid, one team

Posts that genuinely earn engagement get promoted as paid creative, and paid learnings shape what we publish next. Most companies split those across two agencies.

About the service

Social media marketing from DRC Digital

DRC Digital is the growth practice of DRC Infotech LLP, a software development company operating since 2009. Our social media marketing services cover channel strategy and platform mix, LinkedIn for B2B, Instagram and Facebook, YouTube and short-form video, content calendars and publishing, community management across comments and direct messages, founder and employee advocacy, and social listening with reporting. Paid social campaigns run separately under performance marketing, and the short-form content itself is produced by our video team.

The reason we approach organic social differently is that its two chronic failures are operational rather than creative. The first is content supply: calendars built on the hope that somebody internally will produce material, which stops within a quarter. The second is attribution: organic social is usually the least measurable line in a marketing budget, which makes it the first one cut. Because content production is in house and enquiries land in a CRM we built ourselves, both problems are structurally solved rather than managed. We work with clients across India, the US, the UK, Europe and Australia, and every engagement opens with a free audit of your existing channels and an honest view on whether social is the right place for your budget at all.

01What's included in social media management?
Channel strategy and platform mix, a content calendar, creation of posts and short-form video, scheduling and publishing, community management across comments and DMs, founder and employee advocacy, and reporting that connects social activity to enquiries rather than impressions. Paid social campaigns are handled separately under performance marketing.
02Which platforms should we be on?
Fewer than you think. For most B2B and technology businesses LinkedIn carries the buying audience and YouTube carries the depth; Instagram and Facebook matter more for consumer brands, recruitment and local presence. We'd rather you win one platform than post weakly on five, so the audit names a primary channel and treats the rest as distribution.
03Do you run paid social as well?
Yes, but it sits under performance marketing, because it's bought and measured differently. The advantage of having both with one team is that organic posts which genuinely earn engagement get promoted as paid creative, and paid learnings shape what we publish organically.
04How often will you post?
Cadence is set by what can be sustained with real substance, not by a number in a proposal. Consistency beats volume — a channel publishing something worth reading every week for a year outperforms one posting daily for two months and then going quiet. We agree a realistic rhythm against your content supply and hold to it.
05Who writes the content, you or us?
We write it, drawing on interviews with your team — the expertise lives with your people, and turning that into publishable posts is our craft. Founder and subject-matter posts are drafted for your review and approval, so the voice stays authentically yours rather than generic agency copy.
06Do you handle comments and DMs?
Yes. Community management is part of the engagement: replying in your voice, handling direct messages, and routing genuine enquiries into the CRM so they reach a salesperson instead of sitting unread in a social inbox. Unanswered comments are one of the most common reasons a channel stops growing.
07How do you measure organic social?
Beyond reach and engagement, we track what matters commercially: profile visits, click-throughs, conversations started and enquiries attributed to social. Because leads land in a CRM we built, a DM or comment that becomes a sales conversation can be traced back to the post that started it — which is usually what protects a social budget when it's questioned.
08Do we need video to make social work?
Not strictly, but it's the biggest multiplier on most platforms — and the most common reason a social programme stalls is that nobody can produce enough of it. Our video team sits alongside the social team, so short-form content is produced in batches rather than depending on whoever has time that week.
