Video and reels built to perform, not just look good

Scripting, shooting and post-production for short-form reels, ad creative, product films and explainers — cut natively per platform, built as testable variants, and judged on what the campaign actually did. Because the team that edits your video is the team running the media that carries it.

The real problem

Beautiful video that nobody measured

Plenty of companies have paid for a handsome brand film that lives on a homepage and is never seen again. The problem is rarely the craft — it is that the video was produced as a one-off deliverable, disconnected from any campaign, in a single aspect ratio, with no variants to test and no way of knowing whether it changed anything.

We treat video as campaign fuel. One shoot becomes a set of assets, each cut for where it will actually run, with alternative hooks so the media team has something to test rather than one precious film to defend.

  • Cut natively per platform, never a cropped 16:9 master
  • Multiple hooks per concept, so creative can be tested
  • Designed to work with the sound off, subtitles burned in
  • Performance data from the campaigns feeds the next edit
  • You own the footage, the project files and the final assets

What we make

From a 15-second reel to a full brand film

Take the whole process from script to final cut, or just the edit if you already have footage sitting unused.

Short-form reels & shorts

Vertical video for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and LinkedIn — hook-first, subtitled, and built to survive a fast thumb.

Paid social ad creative

Ad-native video built as testable variants — different hooks, lengths and end cards for the same offer, ready for the media team to run against each other.

Product & explainer films

Show how the thing actually works. Screen capture, animation and live action combined to make a complex product understandable in under two minutes.

Corporate & brand films

Company stories, culture and recruitment films, client testimonials and event coverage — the longer-form work that builds credibility.

Video editing & post

Editing-only engagements on footage you already have: assembly, colour grade, sound mix and platform versioning. Often the fastest value in the whole list.

Motion graphics & subtitles

Animated titles, lower thirds, data visualisation and burned-in captions, styled to your brand and timed so they're readable on a phone.

Founder & talking-head content

Repeatable personal-brand video for LinkedIn and YouTube — a batch-shot series rather than a one-off, so publishing stays consistent.

Creative testing & iteration

Variants shipped, run against each other in the ad accounts, and the winner's traits carried into the next round. Creative as an experiment, not a deliverable.

How it's packaged

One shoot should become a library, not a film

The most common waste in video is spending a full production day and walking away with a single master file. The footage supports far more than that — it just has to be planned for at the brief stage, not discovered in the edit.

We agree the exact output mix per project rather than selling a fixed package, because a product launch and a recruitment campaign need very different things. What stays constant is the principle on the right.

Why DRC Digital

Creative that comes back with a scoreboard

The editors sit with the media team

We run the ad accounts the creative goes into, so hold rate and cost per lead per variant come straight back to the edit. Separate agencies can't close that loop.

Built to be tested

Every concept ships with alternative hooks. You get creative you can run an experiment with, instead of one film everyone is too invested in to question.

Cut per platform, not resized

Each ratio is framed and captioned for where it runs. A 16:9 master squeezed into a vertical frame puts the subject and the subtitles in the wrong place.

Sound-off by default

Social video is largely watched muted. Subtitles, visual storytelling and safe-zone-aware text are standard on every short-form deliverable, not an upsell.

About the service

Video production & editing from DRC Digital

DRC Digital is the growth practice of DRC Infotech LLP, a software development company operating since 2009. Our video services cover short-form reels and shorts, paid social ad creative, product and explainer films, corporate and brand films, video editing and post-production, motion graphics and subtitling, founder and talking-head content, and structured creative testing. You can engage us for the full process from script to final cut, or for editing and platform versioning on footage you already own.

What makes this different from booking a production house is the feedback loop. The team that edits the video also runs the Google, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns it appears in, so creative decisions are informed by hold rate, click-through and cost per qualified lead rather than by whoever is most senior in the review meeting. Video is treated as campaign fuel with a measurable job, not as a one-off deliverable that lives on a homepage. We work with clients across India, the US, the UK, Europe and Australia, and every engagement starts with a free review of your existing creative and where it is running.

01What video services do you offer?
Short-form reels and shorts, paid social ad creative, product and explainer films, corporate and brand films, editing and post-production, motion graphics and subtitling, founder and talking-head content, and structured creative testing. We can take the whole process from script to final cut, or handle editing and versioning only if you already have footage.
02Do you write the scripts, or do we?
Either. Most clients prefer we script it — the hook in the first two seconds decides whether a short-form video gets watched at all, and that's a craft of its own. If you have a strong internal voice, supply the script and we'll handle storyboarding, production and edit. Scripts are always signed off before anything is shot.
03What formats and aspect ratios do you deliver?
Vertical 9:16 for Reels, Shorts and Stories; square 1:1 for feed; widescreen 16:9 for YouTube, websites and presentations. Each ratio is cut deliberately with the platform's safe zones in mind rather than resized from one master — a cropped 16:9 puts faces and captions in the wrong place on a phone.
04Can you edit footage we already have?
Yes, and it's one of the most common engagements. Send raw footage, brand assets or an archive from past shoots, and we handle the edit, motion graphics, subtitles and platform versioning. It's usually the fastest way to get value out of material you've already paid to produce and never used.
05How many cuts do we get from one shoot?
The exact mix is agreed in the brief rather than sold as a fixed package, because a product launch and a recruitment campaign need very different things. The principle holds either way: one shoot should produce hero cuts, short-form verticals, alternative hooks for paid testing, square feed versions, subtitled sound-off versions and still frames — not a single master file.
06How does video connect to our ad campaigns?
Directly, because the same team runs the paid media. Creative ships as testable variants, performance data comes back from campaigns we manage, and the next edit is informed by what actually held attention and converted. If your video and media sit with separate agencies, that loop usually doesn't exist at all.
07Do you handle subtitles and localisation?
Yes. Every short-form deliverable is designed to work with the sound off: burned-in subtitles, visual-first storytelling and text placed inside each platform's safe zones. We also produce subtitled and voiced variants in additional languages where a campaign needs them.
08How long does a video project take?
An editing-only turnaround on supplied footage is typically measured in days. A scripted production runs longer — scripting, scheduling, shooting and revision rounds all take time — so plan in weeks. We agree the timeline in the brief and will flag anything that would compress quality before committing to it.
