Performance marketing measured in pipeline, not clicks

Google, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns managed to cost per qualified lead. Because the leads land in a CRM we built ourselves, we can follow a single click through to a closed deal — and feed that outcome back to the ad platforms so they bid for buyers instead of form-fillers.

The real problem

Most ad budgets die after the click

Very few campaigns fail because the ad copy was weak. They fail downstream — a landing page that doesn't match the promise, conversion tracking that double-counts, and bidding algorithms quietly learning from the wrong signal because nobody ever told them which leads turned into revenue. Those are engineering problems in a marketing costume, which is exactly why they go unfixed at most agencies.

  • Campaigns optimised to qualified leads, not raw form fills
  • CRM outcomes fed back as offline conversions
  • Landing pages built in house, tested in days not quarters
  • Tracking implemented in code and verified, never assumed
  • You keep ownership of every ad account and pixel

What's included

The full performance marketing engagement

Run as one system. Most clients start with the audit and conversion tracking, because everything else depends on those being right.

Google Search Ads

High-intent keyword campaigns with disciplined match types, negative lists and ad-group structure — the workhorse of most B2B accounts.

Performance Max & Shopping

Google's automated inventory handled with the exclusions, asset groups and feed hygiene it needs to stop wasting budget on the wrong audiences.

Meta Ads

Facebook and Instagram campaigns for demand generation and retargeting, with Conversions API set up server-side so signal survives browser restrictions.

LinkedIn Ads for B2B

Targeting by job title, seniority, company size and industry — expensive per click, but often the cheapest route to a genuinely qualified enterprise conversation.

Remarketing & retargeting

Sequenced follow-up across Display, Meta and YouTube, with suppression lists so you stop paying to advertise at existing customers.

Landing pages & CRO

Purpose-built landing pages that match the ad promise, plus A/B testing on headline, offer and form length. Built by us, live in days.

Conversion tracking & attribution

GA4, Google Ads, Meta CAPI and CRM events implemented in code, de-duplicated and verified — so the numbers you optimise on are real.

Reporting to pipeline

Dashboards that show cost per qualified lead and pipeline by channel, campaign and keyword — not a screenshot of the Google Ads overview tab.

Diagnostics

Six places ad budget quietly leaks

These are the issues we find most often when auditing an existing account. None of them show up as a failure in the platform interface — the campaigns look healthy while the money drains.

If you recognise two or more of them, the free audit will be worth your hour regardless of whether you ever hire us.

Optimising to junk conversions
Bidding learns from form fills that never qualify
No offline conversion feedback
The platform never learns which leads became revenue
Double-counted conversions
Tag manager and native pixel both firing the same event
Performance Max with no exclusions
Budget drifting into irrelevant placements and audiences
Ad promise, landing page mismatch
Traffic arrives on a generic page and bounces
Retargeting your own customers
No suppression list, so you pay to reach people who bought
Why DRC Digital

Why an engineering team runs better paid media

We follow the click to the deal

Leads land in a CRM we built and use ourselves, so cost per qualified lead and pipeline by keyword are things we can actually show you.

The landing page is ours too

No waiting on your developers to test a new offer. Ad, page and tracking ship in the same week, so the testing cadence is weekly rather than quarterly.

Qualified leads, not leads

We push the CRM's verdict back to Google and Meta as offline conversions, so the algorithms bid towards buyers instead of whoever filled in a form.

Tracking that survives

Server-side events, consent-aware tags and de-duplicated conversions, so your data doesn't quietly degrade as browsers tighten up.

About the service

Performance marketing services from DRC Digital

DRC Digital is the growth practice of DRC Infotech LLP, a software development company operating since 2009. Our performance marketing services cover Google Search, Performance Max and Shopping, Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram, LinkedIn Ads for B2B, remarketing across Display and YouTube, plus the landing pages, conversion tracking and attribution those campaigns depend on. Every account is managed against a cost per qualified lead or return on ad spend target agreed up front, and you retain ownership of your ad accounts, pixels and data throughout.

The reason we approach paid media differently is that most of what limits an account is not creative. It is broken conversion tracking, a landing page nobody can change quickly, and bidding algorithms optimising towards leads that sales quietly discards. Those are engineering problems, and because our team builds software, CRMs and websites for a living, we fix them directly instead of raising a ticket with your developers. We work with clients across India, the US, the UK, Europe and Australia, and every engagement opens with a free audit of your existing accounts — including an honest view on whether your budget is large enough to optimise against in the first place.

01What is performance marketing?
Paid advertising bought against a measurable business outcome rather than exposure. Instead of paying for impressions and hoping, every campaign is tied to a cost per qualified lead, cost per acquisition or return on ad spend, and budget moves to whatever produces that outcome most efficiently. It spans Google, Meta, LinkedIn, remarketing, and the landing pages and tracking that make the outcome measurable.
02Which platforms do you manage?
Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping), Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads for B2B targeting by job title, company and industry. We also run remarketing across the Google Display Network, Meta and YouTube, and build the landing pages and conversion tracking those campaigns depend on.
03How is performance marketing different from PPC?
PPC describes how you pay — per click. Performance marketing describes what you optimise towards — a business result. A PPC report shows clicks, impressions and cost per click. A performance report shows qualified leads, pipeline and revenue, which means tracking, CRM and landing pages are inside the scope rather than someone else's problem.
04What budget do I need to start?
It depends on your market, average deal value and keyword competitiveness, so we won't quote a universal minimum. The free audit includes an honest assessment of whether your intended budget can buy enough conversion data to optimise on. If it can't, we'll tell you that rather than take the retainer.
05Can you work with our existing ad accounts?
Yes — we prefer it. Your existing account holds conversion history the algorithms have already learned from, and that's valuable. We audit structure, match types, negatives, conversion actions and tracking accuracy, then fix what's leaking before touching budgets. You keep ownership of your accounts and data throughout.
06How do you measure qualified leads rather than leads?
Form fills are counted in the ad platform, but qualification happens in the CRM. We pass the CRM's outcome back to Google and Meta as an offline conversion, so bidding optimises towards the leads your sales team actually wants. That feedback loop is the biggest single difference between an account that plateaus and one that compounds.
07How long before we see results?
High-intent search campaigns can produce enquiries within days. Reliable optimisation needs enough conversion volume for the algorithms to learn — typically four to eight weeks — and offline conversion feedback needs a sales cycle to complete before it sharpens targeting. We report from day one but ask to be judged on months two and three.
08Do you build the landing pages as well?
Yes. We're the growth practice of a software development company, so landing pages, forms, tracking and CRM integration are built in house. Most agencies hand a brief to your developers and wait — we ship it, which is usually the difference between testing an offer this week and testing it next quarter.
